Who we are

LeadGen Accelerate is a lead generation platform for promotional products distributors, operated from Ontario, Canada by Richard Noronha. This notice covers leadgenaccelerate.com and the forms on it.

What we collect

When you request a quote: your name, work email, company, and optionally your phone number, role, city, and the details of what you need.

When you book a demo: your name, work email, company, and optionally your role, website, phone number, region, team size and message.

Basic technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address, which we use to limit abuse of the forms.

How we use it

To confirm your request by email, prepare your quote or arrange your demo, and follow up about it.

If you opted in, to send occasional ideas and offers. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Quote requests: only with your consent, which you give on the form, we share your request with one vetted promotional products supplier in the Greater Toronto Area so they can prepare your quote and contact you about it. We share it only after you confirm the request by email.

Service providers that run the website and send email on our behalf (hosting, database and email delivery), under contract and only to provide those services.

We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as needed to handle the request and for reasonable business records afterwards, then delete or anonymise them. Ask us at any time to delete your information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to further contact.

Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) gives you these rights. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
